"Our school has gone from strength to strength" Headteacher Quote
Winston Way Primary School opened in 2008 to provide a modern, well-equipped and stimulating educational environment to meet the growing demand for places in the Redbridge area.
Designed as a green school, Winston Way has light, spacious classrooms and corridors with plenty of outdoor play areas including a roof garden. This comfortable setting provides teachers and pupils with peaceful and relaxing surroundings in which every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
A variety of after-school clubs and activities further enrich the curriculum, including football, karate, singing and ICT with plans to add further opportunities in music, sport and the arts. There is also a Children’s Centre on site to provide support for children under five. We also engage with parents regularly, including a half-termly Parent’s Forum to gather feedback and share thoughts on the future of the school.
Our vision is to work together to develop active, independent and confident individuals with the skills and behaviours that will prepare them for the future and a lifelong love of learning.
